These terms apply to purchases through the "Oelsnitz Ticket" webshop. The contractual partner for purchases in this shop is Paulus Development ENI (Empresário em Nome Individual). Ticket Buddy provides the technical shop system and, unless expressly stated otherwise, is not the seller of the offered tickets or vouchers.

Contractual partner and conclusion of contract

The shop may offer tickets, vouchers or related digital services. Key characteristics, prices, taxes, fees, dates, redemption rules and restrictions are shown in the relevant product or event description. The contract is concluded through the online checkout when the customer submits a binding order after reviewing the cart and checkout data.

Services, tickets and vouchers

Digital tickets are provided electronically after successful order placement or payment confirmation, for example by email, download, wallet function, customer account or QR code display. Vouchers are provided and redeemed under the conditions shown in the shop.

Prices and payment

Prices shown in the shop include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional fees or delivery costs are shown in checkout. Available payment methods are shown in checkout; the system can technically support, among others: PayPal, Stripe, Secupay.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, rebookings and replacement services follow the event information shown in the shop, applicable law and the relevant provider or event organizer terms.

Final provisions
